I am celebrating 20 years of visits to Jeff. MD's and DO's tried but only Jeff was able to make my neuuropthy go away.I am now 89 and am asked about my longevituy. The answer: regular scheduled visits to the Stress Relief Center and Jeff, lots of Vitamin C and I NEVER eat pizza!

Jeff I love your website, there are lots of wonderful and useful things out here. I also wanted to share with you I found Peroxide works wonders on those hard to remove blood stains, fresh or dried on. Spray it on and let it soak for about 20 minutes then wash and WA-la. I also discovered it works on cherry juice, while pitting cherries today I slopped black cherry juice on my brand new shirt so I thought why not try peroxide. I treated it before it had time to set and after 20 minutes it completely disappeared. FYI! I found peroxide in a spray bottle at Walgreen's or use your own spray bottle.

This is a fantastic site for all who want a healthier way to eat and to live. The T-12 juice, Pea Soup and poached oatmeal are some of my favorite recipes. I look forward to seeing more, I for one have lost faith in doctors and medicine and prefer to take care of myself, this is a great site with lots of helpful information.
